Terms and Conditions: This document as a binding agreement between the client and Boca Bay. A final guarantee on number of guests is required at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event. Client will be charged for at least the number of guests guaranteed. Attendees above the guaranteed number will be charged at the contracted price per person. Deposit will not be refunded if event is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled start time. Local tax and 20% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage charges.
There is a 15% deposit due up to 2 weeks prior to event. Guaranteed Minimum for East Room is 25 people Sunday-Thursday and 30 people Friday and Saturday. Minimum for patio is 50 people. The patio can be partially booked for no minimum. Minimum for entire restaurant is based on event. Parties over 40 must be between 5-6pm or 8-9pm. There is also an additional $1.50 per person fee for cake cutting all cakes brought in from outside sources.
